The system enables live video collaboration between community health centers, hospitals, primary care physicians, specialists and patients who are remotely located.
The system consisted of the premier Polycom platform with RMX 4000 series,super-node dual DMA7000 server, RSS4000 recording & streaming solution and Converged Management App (CMA5000). The RMX platform natively supports users across multiple network types to extend the capacity of unified collaboration within and beyond the enterprise leveraging the H.264 high profile standard to deliver high definition video at up to half the bandwidth of competitive offerings, the system increases video capacities up to 80 percent while delivering the industry’s lowest TCO and highest ROI. Efficient delivery of video provides improved telemedicine, live surgery, training, conferences and interview processes at HMC.
