    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Duties

    1. Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
    2. Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
    3. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
    4. Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
    5. Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
    6. Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
    7. Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
    8. Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
    9. Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
    10. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
    11. Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
    12. Negotiate Financial facilities/deals with financial institutions and suppliers/clients
    13. Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
    14. Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
    15. Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team.
    16. Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.

    Qualification and Skills:

    1. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
    2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
    3. Charted Accountant, CMA CS or Certified Financial Analyst.
    4. Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices
    5. Preferably Arabic national available in Qatar

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Playing a vital part in managing all service operational and financial performance, reviewing results versus budgets, achievements on a monthly basis, analyzing and presenting to the management.

    Duties

    1. Daily management of the after – sales service Department to ensure overall product performance, team performance and customer satisfaction.
    2. Create the yearly budget of the department in terms of revenue, cost of sales, gross and net profits, review the results versus budgets and last year on monthly basis, analyse the performance and present.
    3. Forecast and oversee the budgeting for service with specific responsibility for Sales, GP, Expense Control, P and L.
    4. Oversee and monitor the setting of forecasts, mid-month estimates, payment and stock management in coordination.

    You’ve got an added advantage if you have the following:

    1. Qualification: Graduate with over all 12- 15 years of experience and minimum 5 years in Managerial role.
    2. Extensive Knowledge of ELV and AV maintenance methods, operating procedures and requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities and AMC management.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Duties

    1. Responsible for selling & promoting company products & services through direct marketing, specifying the products in various projects & meeting potential clients.
    2. Responsible for the sales and promotion of ELV systems.
    3. Submit reports of your achievements for the current week/month and your plans for the following work.
    4. Prepare quotes, designs, proposals, and submittals depending on the type of Project/client.
    5. Preparation & follow up of quotes with clients.
    6. Ensure payments collections.
    7. Prepare sales figures and statistics & report reason for losing projects.
    8. Constant follow up with the suppliers to ensure that sales targets are met.

    You’ve got an added advantage if you have the following:

    1. knowledge and understanding ELV systems: CCTV, Fire alarm, firefighting, Display systems, Physical Security, Access Control, Intrusion, Lighting Control, Display video walls, Guest Room Management System, Public address & Voice Evacuation, Data & Networking ICT.
    2. Graduate/diploma with minimum 3- 5 years of sales Experience in Qatar .
    3. Should have Qatar driving license
