JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
- At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Advance Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Advanced knowledge of the practices and principles of interior design
- Knowledge of drafting procedures
- Good experience in preparation of proposals and specifications for interior design work
- Skilled in designing interior alterations, renovations and preparation new layouts, civil and architectural drawings
- English (Fluent in both Spoken and Written)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties
- Put into practice the designed system architecture to the schematics/schedules
- Follow and implement the technical brief and requirement for each discipline for procurement and contractual agreement with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide technical input to ensure all systems interconnect and interface correctly
- Be the main support to the Projects Manager through the implementation phase of the project.
- Implement tools and procedures that ensure compliance with detailed document control processes.
- Identify and manage change.
- In conjunction with the Projects Manager, take the implementation role throughout the construction phase working with both internal and external teams to produce a fully integrated and co-ordinated completed system.
- Be involved with progress meetings both internally and externally taking responsibility to document and record output and actions.
- Take a coordination role in the construction progress meetings with Consultants/Contractors and produce actions and minutes for issue to all parties.
- Engage with Potential Subcon tractors, obtain at least three Quotations
- Monitor the performance of Subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage the implementation of H&S requirements in accordance with current legislation and the procedures specified within the contract.
- Implement measures to ensure compliance with the Techno Q internal Quality Procedures and the Clients Quality assurance, process and procedures
- Be fully engaged with the Commissioning/Handover process and documentation Thereof.
- Carry out weekly toolbox talks on a subject chosen by the Projects Manager
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- A degree in Electronics/ Telecom or a related discipline
- Certifications in PMP, SCS (Copper & Fibber), CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection (ELV Systems), Data Networking.
- Minimum 5 to7 years of relevant industry experience, of which at least 5 years are in Project Management role wherein he / she has independently handled complete projects.
- Proven hands-on practical knowledge of all SCS (copper & fibber), Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, CCTV, ACS, Intrusion Detection solutions.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Visio, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel
- English (Fluent in both Spoken and Written)
