Techno Q as a business was created out of our mutual passion for the engineering profession. We love to design, solve, create, integrate, and engineer. We are a full-service system integrator whose foremost passion is the integration of low current system solutions. Because we have been around since 1996 our passion has only grown stronger. While our focus is still on the audiovisual solutions, over the years we have expanded to include additional business units to our portfolio. We specialize in providing the very best solutions for our clients’ requirements, making technology easily accessible for equipping facilities of the most vital institutions and businesses in the region. Mohamad Sadaka

Mohamad Sadaka, with his foundational role at Techno Q since July 2010, serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. In this pivotal position, he brings an extensive pool of knowledge and experience from the Commercial, Corporate, and Contracting sectors. Sadaka's expertise encompasses providing strategic legal counsel across the organization, enhancing business operations through the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various agreements, and steering litigation/arbitration management, claims, and risk management. He is pivotal in representing the company's interests in interactions with external stakeholders and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal and contractual endeavors.

Before his tenure at Techno Q, Sadaka enriched his legal career as a Senior Legal Counsel for a group of companies, during which he sharpened his skills and gained comprehensive experience spanning over nine (9) years across several industries including construction, trading, technology, and real estate investment.

Sadaka's academic background includes a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) degree, obtained in 2001 from the venerable Faculty of Law at Lebanese University, Beirut - Lebanon. His pursuit of excellence did not stop there; he further augmented his qualifications with several postgraduate courses, licenses, and certifications, marking significant milestones in his career including:

  • 2011: Participated in a Masterclass on Construction Contracts, receiving qualification as “Developing & Managing Successful Construction Contracts” by The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
  • 2012: Completed Mastering Contract Management & Claims Mitigation, certified as a “Contracts Professional” by ILM.
  • 2016: Attended a Masterclass in Construction Contracts focusing on Infrastructure, Construction & Delay, and Disruption, facilitated by Hill International & The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
  • 2019: Engaged in a Masterclass on Claims Preparation and Dispute Management at the College of Contracts Management, United Kingdom.

Mr. Hossam El Chaar serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Qatar Electronic Systems Company (Techno Q) Q.P.S.C., bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership. In this role, Mr. Chaar is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, driving strategic financial initiatives, and ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

Mr.Chaar’s career spans multiple countries, including the UAE, Qatar, and Lebanon, where he has garnered invaluable international experience that enhances his financial acumen and strategic insight. With a proven track record in steering organizational growth and building robust stakeholder relationships, Mr. Chaar excels in financial planning, risk management, and team leadership. Prior to joining Techno Q in August 2024, he held several key positions, including Finance & Administration Director at Al Jaber & Partners for Construction & Energy Projects and Hamad for Equipment & Trading, as well as Finance Director at ARKA Design Trading & Contracting and Dukhan Consultancy Company.

Mr. Chaar’s career includes notable roles such as Finance Manager at United Development Company-Hospitality Subsidiary / The Pearl Qatar, where he managed financial operations for hospitality development. His earlier roles include Head of Finance at First Capital Investment Holding and Head of Account at American International Logistics, both in the UAE, as well as Senior Accountant at National Petroleum Construction Company and Administrator at Consolidated Contractor Int’l Company.

Educationally, Mr. Chaar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting/Finance (Lebanon). Moreover, he has furthered his professional qualifications with advanced certifications in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from KPMG and E&Y, as well as a Certificate of Career Development from Georgetown University.

He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in 1995 from the University of Allahabad, India, followed by an MBA specializing in Marketing from the University of Bangalore, India, in 1998. He further expanded his knowledge base with a Diploma in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai, India, in 1999.

His commitment to continuous personal and professional growth is underscored by his participation in various certificate training programs.
