In June 2023, Techno Q hosted two members of the Qatar University IT Department to the Infocomm 2023 AV Tradeshow in Orlando, Florida. Infocomm is the premier tradeshow for the commercial Audio Visual (AV) industry. Held in sunny Orlando, Florida, this event brought together industry professionals from around the globe to witness a vibrant display of innovative technology innovations.
InfoComm 2023 was a true spectacle, featuring an extensive educational program, numerous networking events, and an impressive attendance from the commercial AV industry. The total number of registrants reached a staggering 36,639, with 29,325 verified attendees representing an incredible 115 countries. International participation accounted for 20% of the overall number, highlighting the event’s global significance. Additionally, an encouraging 37% of attendees were first-time participants, demonstrating the growing interest and reach of the AV industry.
The trade-show floor was a bustling hub of activity, with 700 exhibitors showcasing their commercial AV products and solutions across an expansive 358,700 net square feet in the West Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center. This extensive space allowed InfoComm 2023 attendees to explore a vast array of offerings over the three days of the exhibition.
